To Do's for 2009.
Care more/only for those who cares/does for me. Spend less time working & more time enjoying life. Travel more, for work & play. Get more certifications! Plan/coordinate more family/friend gatherings. Be the best maid of honor there ever was! Appreciate those who I have. Stress-less! Buy a mega-millions ticket every week! Read more. Cook more homemade meals, even do our own dishes! Get my scrapbooks together! Get my two tattoos that I have wanted for a year now. Hit my goal of $2500 for the "ROCK YOUR SOX" team, do more for the Miles for Miracles Children's Hospital Boston walk. Just enjoy the life I have & be less vengeful.
Hope everyone left the past in the past of 2008; the good, the bad, & the ugly. And wishing nothing but the best for everyone in 2009. 2008 was crazii for a lot of us & things can't go anywhere but up/better! Cheers!

No 17 :: What to Discuss

So this morning, I honestly have nothing to blog about. I have nothing to "b!tch" about this morning, no hot topics heard on the radio to discuss, nothing "wrong" or "bad" with myself & my life at the moment (besides this cold I can not get over) so rambeling my brain I could not think of anything except the man I am in love with. As difficult of a man as he is, aren't they all sometimes?! I love him to death. He has supported me, trusted me, been by my side, & just loved me for me and I wanted to thank him with a blog devoted just to him, so here is to my beloved* James Steven, you drive me nuts, but it's a good nuts. We both have been through some bad relationships, tough times with loved ones & just waited for that person to come along & be our person for each other, and I am so glad that we not only found each other but that we are each others' person. I put together a collection of some of my favorite pictures of him, some I snagged from others & some are my own but I love him & he means the world to me, here's to James Steven, my beloved*, my person don't listen to those negative voices that surrond you & tell you lies, we are all difficult/lazii & just blah at times & you are an amazing man, boyfriend, lover, friend, & father! Just keep up the good work.
this was our first Sox game, it was so cold & rainy but we had a blast.
haha. my birthday he hates karaoke but went for me! and laughed with/at me.

our summer vacation to plimouth plantation, i was such a tourist & he was great with me.
the breast cancer awareness walk 2008, rock your sox team! always supporting me.
just being a goof. that is why i love him so, he doesn't take things too seriously.
looks so handsome all dressed up!
young & skinny. glad we got out of that phase.
love you in your glasses, you should wear them more often.
I just wanted to write this blog to devote one whole blog to the man I love, who stole my heart & ran with it, not away but just ran LoL. Everyone now-a-days seem to take their loved ones for granted, or don't just do something extra to let them know how much they mean to them & I just wanted to let my beloved* know how much he means to me, how much I love him & to know that he is an amazing man just as he is (minus a few quarks LoL jk babe). None of us are perfect but our imperfections together work together to make us great together!
James Steven, my beloved* I love you!

Calm after the Storm

Okay, so I am feeling so much better than yesterday! I took all of my frustrations of work, scheudling, lack of sleep, lack of respect out on my apartment with my cleaning products. So not only did I kind of work out, I am way more relaxed today & the apartment got a serious scrub down! Not too shabby if I may say so myself, LoL. But I seriously wanted to apologize for the angry blog yesterday, I was (obviously) seriously frustrated with a lot of things & let them just bottle up & then I kind of exploded and I have not been my usual perky, upbeat, bubbly self. Not only do I want that lady back but some of my circle needs that right now, LOVES!! Some of my loved ones surronding me are having their own episodes at the moment so I need to get back to myself ASAP and help them out. But in my reality check of myself last night I relazied that I had some pictures I wanted to share this morning, there had been a lot of things going on in the past few weeks & I have been slacking on sharing with you. My moms' birthday had past & the girls got together for an interesting cake, bonfire & drinks then of course we had the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk with the Rock Your Sox team and I have pictures of them all. And there will be more coming, this weekend is all about myself & my beloved, we finally have some down time to just hang and enjoy each others' company & I am stoked! Also my dearest & friend of years and I are going to Haunted Acres this Thursday on Epping, NH and I am so excited! This is a yearly thing we do, go to a different haunted house at least once a season & get the pants scared off of us, and I am a huge scaredy cat but I love it! So there will be more blogs with more interesting things. Til then fellow bloggers!

Val and I at the bonfire

That would be my beautiful mom & Rileigh & her interesting cake

That is my beloved & I

We took the short cut, and we were proud!

Have a fabulous day/week fellow bloggers, and do as I say not as I do and don't let those grinches get you down! They seriously are not worth an ounce of us, at all!

The Walk was Today

Today was the "BREAST CANCER AWARENESS WALK" and my "ROCK YOUR SOX" team did a phenomenal job raising money, getting people to realize it was BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH ((which lasts 31 days)), and actually getting their butts up so early on a Sunday & into the city! THANK YOU THANK YOU! MANY A THANK YOU's TO MY TEAM. We had a total of $1555 at 7.25a this morning when I last checked the team's website with more coming in from cash donations girls hadn't put on the website yet! MAJOR KUDDOS TO YOU! That was over our goal and any money raised is absolutely amazing! Everyone, but one person showed up & we also had an additional 3 show up at the last minute so we ended up making a few people on the team! LoL.

'ROCK YOUR SOX' 2008 sponsored by ::
  • Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport, Revere, MA
  • Cityside Towing, Charlestown, MA
  • Acme Ice Co., Somerville, MA
  • Supersportusa.com, Malden, MA
Thank you so very much to our sponsors, and to Mark & his great team at supersportusa.com store without you guys my chicken scratch and horrible drawing would have ruined the shirts.

This team called themselves "SASSY TATAs" thought that one was pretty awesome, there also was "FEEL YOUR BOOBIES" "MARTHAS MOBSTERS" and of course I can not think of the other clever names there were at the moment, but people thought of some awesome names!

All in all, the walk was not only a success but it was an awesome experience. The finish line was absolutely amazing, all the support from random people, the survivors & women battling breast cancer now thanking you for just walking blew me away. And as corny as it sounds, it was a bonding experience, it was a lot of fun walking 5 miles with people chatting, people you love & see all the time but also don't even know. The names of your teams spark up a conversation as well as my hat I wore, and the shade of pink you choose, or names or slogans you wore. It was just honestly an absolutely rewarding experience and I can not wait for next year! More planning, more fundraising, and beginning it all earlier so things will be ten times better! A major thank you to everyone that was there, my team mates, my family & friends, the people I met at the walk! Thank you all so much! Meant the world to me this morning!

LaLa Land

Okay. I am way beyond happy & excited about life right now.
So I am offically out of my parents house, living in Methuen & with my beloved* James Steven Mcg, could things be any better? Seriously. (( besides the fact that i am not as organized as i would like to be & having things where they belong & set in their place )) things are fabulous! We are absolutely amazing, things are looking fabulous in the apartment, and we even went out and got Aidan some belongings! Which he has yet to see but he gota bunch of new stuff, a new Transformers bed! from his papa & we got him new clothes, and socks & big boy undapants! He's going to be so excited! And this weekend, we are going to finish up the final touches, unfortunately we both have been so busy with work & having aidan & our fabulous families just dropping in to say "hi" so Friday night we will have aidan but it'll be his first night his Transformers bed! and most of Sat but Sat night we will try to fit in :: cleaning, organizing, cleaning out the closet, putting stuff back in the closet, and laundry & somehow sit down and enjoy each others' company with a movie!? HaHa I know I know. And then of course Sunday Oct 5, 2008 is the "MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER AWARENESS" walk!! Begins at 8a but luckily our "ROCK YOUR SOX" team is proactive & not only has raised $1185 (( $185 over our goal )) but we also pre-registered & have our team tee shirts so we just need to show up & ROCK OUR SOX on the 5.7 mile walk. Seriously I don't think I could more excited or proud of our team!
But the whole point of this blog was to apologize to everyone (( especially Ryan )) for the delay on the pictures from Aidan's 4th birthday & the Weezer concert! I am seriously slacking, the moving, working & attempting to see my beloved* it's been hard, and I honestly don't even know where the cable is for the camera & our internet service in our aptarment is poof! fineto! donezo! LoL But that is all for today a small update on my crazy world, there will be more to come later in the week, lots going on & of course WAY MORE after my fabulous walk on Sunday!

And it begins.

So moving day is upon us, and it begins tomorrow right after a long day of a long week! This week has not only been so hectic at work but so crazii outside of it as well. Lots of cleaning, organizing, packing up, unpacking, cleaning, and organizing again! LoL Once I think I am done there's more to do and then it's time for get a few hours of sleep for work & then work! So I am drained! But I am extremely excited to be able to state that I am moving out! I am not a student in school, or traveling for a time but I am moving out of my parents' house! I am so excited to be out, but I am more excited to be able to say I live with my beloved* He is absolutely fabulous, and couldn't be more excited for the fact that we are doing this together. But I am in the mist of boxes being filled, furniture being dusted & trying to get the team tee shirts "ROCK YOUR SOX" situated for the right person(s). Also! More good news, the team has not only reached our goal but surpassed it! We are currently at $1165.00 and still have tons of more money coming our way! Congrads to us. Especially my bestest Nessa, our team captain of spirit, could you be doing any better of a job! I don't think so! LoL but this is all more tonight, and unfortunately could may as well be the weekend, but I PROMISE pictures will be coming, unfortunately I can not locate the cable to hook my camera up to the computer to download them! Oops!
Til then fabulous readers & fellow bloggers. . ciao!

Quick One!

Okay! So a real quick blog today.
Aidan's 4th "Star Wars" Birthday Party went fabulously! He loved it, love his cousins there and loved his presents, candy & food ((courtesy of his amazing papa)). Things got a little hectic with all the kids & people in such a small place but overall I think it was great, everyone laughed, ate, drank and were merry! And there will be pictures coming up soon of the party, as soon as I figure out how to work this new "Cybershot Camera", there are some really good ones of everyone! Update on my "ROCK YOUR SOX" team is that we have met our rut spot of $770, which is still absolutely amazing but we have stuck! We do have a lot of cash donaters and need to get that money into someone's account & online but I still have faith we will be hitting ((evening surpassing)) our goal. Also, moving day is coming along very nicely. Not being rushed with anything ((cleaning, packing, & what nots)) and things are going very well in that deparment, dates have been set for Oct 3rd so we are moving forward!
But the point of this blog is the update on my tattoo ((no help from my fellow bloggers, but that is a-okay)) I am going with the angel wings & the initials above my neck. Instead of my papa's initials, due to the fact they are also his sons' initials ((my grandfather, who I don't speak of)) I am putting PAPA so there are no questions as to which Charles it is or needing explainations, it's plain as day :: PAPA. So I am extremely excited about that, may be small & not so visable but it's me and that's how I like them and I am so stoked, I can not wait to go & get it. AND! My beloved* is going with me so it'll be lots of fun to do that with him, bonding experience! LoL
But that is it for today, lots to do still! Even after the party is over, also I have a Weezer concert tomorrow with some loverly people which there will be updates of that experience & pictures.
CiAO FOR TODAY!

Making Strides Against Breat Cancer walk

So like I mentioned yesterday in my blog I am doing a walk on Oct 5, 2008 and I just realized that I did not include the website where you can go and join, donate or just get some information. So again my teams' name is "ROCK YOUR SOX" and it is for the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk" the Boston, Ma version. It is on, again, Oct 5, 2008 registration is at 8am but if you sign up online your registration is complete! So you technically do not have to be there until 10a when the walk starts, but they always have activities, and stuff to be bought at the starting point site, which is the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade on Storrow Drive. So the website for my particular team is ::
www.main.acsevents.org/goto/ROCKURSOX
and the ACS (American Cancer Society) has their own website which is ::

So please, go online donate, join, or get information! The smallest donation is still a huge help, and they do have a min of $5 to donate but still $5 come on people it's so small for us. And if you can not donate (I completely understand) join! It is free to sign up and all you need to do is ask some loved ones, co-workers, friends for a $5 donation it adds up really fast! And get yourself some information from the website, this can hit anyone of us, men and women!

Today's the Day

So today is the day! Today I have finally gotten myself a "blog" and joined the millions of people who do it, love it and talk about it all the time ((i need to go home and blog about this)) LoL never understood it until today. I have a lot to talk about and such little time on my hands to do it.

I have finally found the man of my dreams! His name is James Steven and is an absolute diamond in the ruff, and he is all mine. I am finally moving out of my parents house in with him! I couldn't be more excited, we're starting it off slow ((LoL if there is such a thing)) due to the fact most people get crazii, mean, lazii and stupid when living with not only a loved one but a person of an OCD stature. Yeah I have a little OCD, I need things clean, in their places and neat! When living with a person it's not such a bad thing, I think LoL. So I have begun the packing process and man do I seriously hate it. What to take? What to leave? DO I really need this, well I may wear it if this, this or this happens. LoL women! But I def will being needing ceratin items, and he is 100% down for whatever I want to do, not that I'm demanding or asking for much. I am just so stoked about this whole "MOVING DAY" event. I have such big things going on all at once, and I think I am handling it. I am seriously the shiznet.

First and for most I am the captain of this most fabulous team "ROCK YOUR SOX" for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 5th, 2008 here in Boston. And this being the first walk I do ((i do a few)) that I am completely and utterly in charge of. I decedied on a whim one night while watching t.v. with my beloved* after seeing a commercial about the walk and I looked at him immediately jumped over the computer and signed myself up! LoL literally signed up alone, by my lonesome. My beloved* kind of chuckeled due to the fact I did sign up alone but I knew my friends & family and knew someone would join me. Turns out I was way more than right. Not only did 22 of my co-workers, family & fabulous friends sign up but in less than 2 weeks we have raised over $770. OH SNAP* Seriously, we got 6 different companies to sponsor us and donate money and 4 of them donated their logos for our team tee shirts! YES! I am having team tee shirts made ((i did steal the idea from my aunt)) but hey! it's for a great cause leave me be! LoL and I am so stoked about getting the shirts back. This really rad dude from supersportusa.com Mark is making my shirts and promises some awesome tee shirts. And I actually spoke with him today and he said the fronts of the tees are "rocking" he actually term! There is also this awesome lady Jill from the ACS ((american cancer society)) who has been calling me and checking up on me to make sure I don't need any assistance and is watching the teams' progress and is so happy with what we've done. So kudoos to us!

Another thing I have going on at the moment is my beloved's* son, Aidan Matthew, is turning 4 on Sunday and we not only get him on his birthday but we are throwing him an awesome "Star Wars" themed party. I got cups, napkins, a pinyata, Darth Vader & Storm Troopers masks, goody bags, and the ((def)) most awesomest ((LoL)) cake ever! I went online and got a picture of Star Wars with literally everyone one it! It has all of the movie titles, every single Star Wars movie title, and all the major characters on it. I cannot wait for Aidan to see this cake, he is going to love. OH SNAP* The best part of it all is the candle! I got a Darth Vader candle that SINGS THE DARTH VADER ((bad guy)) MUSIC. Could I be any better at this kid-party planning, seriously? Ah! I am amazing.

And the major reason I am blogging today is. . . life.

What the hell is the meaning of it? God? What the hell is the point of "him"? I am 23 yrs old and have seen some sh!t that no one should have to go through at all let alone at this age. If "God" was so marvelous and can heal anything and fix all of humanities issues why the hell isn't he? Not only are we going through our own personal dramas but the world and humanity as a whole are going through hell. We have global warming, terrorists, people dying of starvation, some people killing themselves because of "their God". What the hell is going on? I am not trying to down those you that may believe in "God" or "Allah" or whoever/whatever you may believe in. I am just wondering what is the method to this madness? What is the "bigger picture"? I just don't get it.

I am not going to be like some bloggers with crazii details of my life and what I did, do and am going through. But one thing is I will b!tch/moan and complain a lot! And trust me I am pretty damn good at it.

And I guarantee there will be a lot of "God" mentioning and humanity drama. What I don't understand, I question and I question it to the fullest. I would just like to understand that's all. I mean to offend none and if I do I'm sorry this is just me ranting and raving about what I feel should be for that particular day.

So welcome to the insanity and awesomeness I call me!

Hope you enjoy my ranting . .
